Different to the common beefsteak, Solonese beefsteak has it own special character. The beefsteak sauces such the same as semur sauces, besides this beefsteak uses Javanese mustard which is self-made, while for the other materials, it is the same as the common beefsteak, there are carrots, beans, cucumber inside of it. However, because the flavor is different, you’ll meet also different special taste.
